Melch (‘Mel’) is an exceptionally talented and accomplished legal professional, holding a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Kingston University in London, and a Masters in Law from the University of Law Guildford. With seasoned experience in corporate immigration through successful sponsor licence applications, compliance audits, advice on corporate governance, conducting workshops and inhouse training, Melch has grown an extensive portfolio of Corporate Immigration clients in the healthcare, hospitality, education and insurance sector.
Prior to his admission as a Solicitor in England and Wales, Melch had gained several years of versatile experience in Civil Litigation, Employment Law, Private and Business Immigration, Judicial Review and Charity Commission compliance and registration. Furthermore, having volunteered at the Royal Courts of Justice Advice Bureau during his undergraduate studies, the wealth and diversity of his experience has laid foundation for his adaptability, meticulous attention to detail, seasoned understanding of the English Legal System and critical thinking.

Notably, some of Melch’s career highlights include, successfully making representations in the widely publicised case of Joram Nechironga a British Army veteran, resulting in the suspension of the Home Office deportation order. He has also successfully represented claimants from various sectors in bringing unfair dismissal, victimisation and discrimination claims in the employment tribunal. He acts on both contentious and non-contentious immigration matters, including Judicial Review, Skilled Worker, Family & Private Life, Student Visas, and Asylum & Human Rights.
With over 40 successful sponsor licence applications and a natural ability to analyse complex legal issues, Melch's success is testament to his expertise.
